PLEASE NOTE that your application to the alpha program is tied to your email address you provided on registration below. Please check to make sure the email account you have provided during your application is able to receive email from the IGG mailer.

Zu Online requires a 1.0 GHz or better CPU, 512MB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce MX400 or better, and a broadband connection.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to run DxDiag, a diagnostic tool provided by Microsoft, and submit the text file it generates. Zu Online requires DirextX 9c or later.

We can only accept applications from those 18 and older.

Important Alpha Notes:

* You will only be contacted if you are chosen to participate in the alpha. We are gradually increasing the size of the alpha over time, so we do not contact potential testers at all until we’re ready to bring them in.

* If you cannot run DXDiag successfully, it means there is a problem with your machine. There are many reasons why DXDiag would have a problem, so we can’t help you diagnose the issues, but you need to have DirectX installed and running correctly before you can apply for the alpha.

* If you update your machine, please update your alpha application here with the new machine specs. We’ll update your machine info in our records as soon as we get it. We want a broad spectrum of hardware, so you having a high end machine is neither a benefit or a drawback.

DxDiag.txt File
To generate this file, select 'Run' from the Start menu, and type 'dxdiag'. When the green progress bar in the lower left corner of the application has filled, click the button marked 'Save All Information'. Save the file to your desktop. Then click the 'Browse' button on this page, and find the file on your desktop.
